Refund Policy

The review fee is non-refundable

The application review fee (plus the optional priority add-on, if selected) is a one-time payment for our team's time reviewing your application. It is non-refundable once your application has been submitted and locked — regardless of the outcome of the review, including rejection.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same application due to a technical error.
• A payment was taken but your application was never actually submitted or locked (e.g. the process failed partway through).

If either applies to you, email [email protected] with your Application ID or payment confirmation and we'll investigate.

Priority Review add-on

The optional priority add-on affects queue position only — it doesn't change the outcome of a review or guarantee acceptance, and is covered by the same non-refundable policy above.
