Why Xylento exists
Ideas are everywhere. Execution is rare. Most early review processes are built for scale — cohorts, batch intakes, automated screening — which filters out good founders who don't fit a template. Xylento reviews one founder and one idea at a time, on a rolling basis, with a real person reading every word.
How we invest
Our return is tied directly to your company's outcome — the more you earn, the more we earn. That's the whole model: no fees that fire regardless of outcome, just a shared stake in the result. Typical target returns are 5–30%/year on capital we deploy, reflecting the risk and stage of the companies we back — not a guarantee, and terms are agreed individually per deal.
How review works
You submit your founder and startup details, pay a one-time review fee, and get a unique Application ID. Our team personally reads every application — typically within 3–5 business days — and reaches out directly if we're interested, whether that's a question, an interview, or moving into an investment discussion. You hear back either way, with specific feedback rather than a generic rejection.
